Our 12,500 square foot “green” Children’s House at 33 Eliot Street opened in 2014. It is home to our Toddler, Primary, and Kindergarten programs, and its five-acre lot includes a playground and outdoor garden/play spaces for each classroom.
Our Upper School, located on the banks of the Charles River, is home to our Elementary and Middle Schools. Facilities include the stately John Eliot Building at 5 Auburn Street and Memorial Hall at 40 Eliot Street, as well as a playground, athletic fields, a courtyard, gardens, and a picnic area.
Our school has a newly renovated Middle School building, that came from transforming an 18th Century tavern into a new facility. This building has two large instructional spaces for Middle School academics that accommodates Science and Math instruction. It also includes a large multi-purpose space that will accommodate the school’s Music program. This building is located at 33 Eliot Street.
Our school is currently adding two new buildings to its expanding campus, a Lower Elementary and a Gymnasium. The current project is a big step in the maturation of our school. Much like the Children’s House and the Middle School Tavern, the new Lower El classrooms are purpose-built spaces that are designed to support the Montessori pedagogy. This building will provide new areas for art and design spaces to allow our students to expand their curious nature and problem solving skills. The addition of a full size gymnasium will give our kids the chance to spread their wings and continue to develop their physical and gross motor skills.
Administrative Offices at 39 Eliot Street house our Head of School, and the business, admissions, and marketing offices.
